Technical Support Analyst - Insurance Industry Experience Our Insurance Broker client require a tech support analyst with experience working for a London Market insurance broker. Required: insurance industry experience; understanding of industry regulations (FSA, GISC, Lloyd’s legislation, Money Laundering*Proceeds of Crime, Data Protection, Health & Safety) and business compliance procedures (i.e. ISO9001:2000). Knowledge of TWINS is desirable. The successful candidate will be educated to at least A level standard. The role will involve responding to support calls, educating users, escalate problems to suppliers, acceptance testing of new applications, build in-depth expertise in supported apps. Excellent communication skills are required to investigate and clarify support problems.
